The Technical Office of Design and Construction was founded in Igoumenitsa in 1987 by Evangelos Mello Civil Engineering quickly and staffed by Dringou Freedom Architect Engineer and Gogolos Sotiris Civil Engineer TE.
The studies, discrimination and the long experience of the academic staff, is a guarantee for the quality of design and construction of office. The upward trend confirms the wide range of work, both in public works (squares, sports facilities, public buildings) and private (houses, shops, residential complexes, hotels, cottages). Delivers excellent, high quality and aesthetic projects. We seek the simplicity and purity of materials, bioclimatic design, economy in construction and environmental integration, so each property to respect the place that hosts it.
